利用規約

1. 規約の適用

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Synergy（以下「当アプリ」）のすべての利用者（以下「ユーザー」）に対して適用されます。当アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. アカウント登録および削除

• ユーザーは、正しい情報（メールアドレス等）を入力してアカウント登録を行うものとします。
• ユーザーはいつでも当アプリ内の設定より、アカウントおよびそれに紐づくすべての個人情報データを削除することができます。

3. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、当アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません：

• 不適切な言動、嫌がらせ、差別、または虚偽の医療情報を他のユーザーに提示する行為。
• 当アプリのシステム解析、リバースエンジニアリング、サーバーへの過度な負荷をかける行為。
• 他人のアカウントを不正に使用する行為。

4. サービスの変更および停止

当アプリは、予告なくサービスの全部または一部を変更、追加、または停止することがあります。また、本規約は必要に応じて随時更新される場合があります。

5. 免責事項（再掲）

当アプリが提供するAIチャットや重複判定は医療アドバイスではありません。診断や処方は行っておらず、医学的な正確性を保証するものではありません。健康上の懸念や医薬品の併用については、必ず医師または薬剤師にご相談ください。当アプリの利用によって生じた損害について、当運営は一切の責任を負いません。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Synergy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration & Deletion

• Users must provide accurate email and profile information when registering.
• Users have the absolute right to delete their account and purge all associated personal data from the settings page at any time.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Harassing, abusing, or posting false medical information/reviews to other users.
• Analyzing, reverse engineering, or placing excessive load on the App servers.
• Impersonating others or accessing another user's account without authorization.

4. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. Terms may be updated periodically.

5. Limitation of Liability & Medical Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI recommendations and ingredient duplicate checks are for reference only and are not substitutes for professional medical advice. We are not liable for any health issues, damages, or injuries resulting from your use of the App. Always consult with a licensed doctor or pharmacist before making health decisions.
