Synergy（以下「当アプリ」）は、ユーザーの肌質、スキンケアの悩み、使用中または過去に使用した化粧品、医薬品、サプリメントのリスト、およびAI診断スコアを収集します。これらの情報は、ユーザー自身の明示的な入力またはデバイス連携（マイナポータル連携等）によってのみ収集されます。

2. 個人情報の利用目的

収集した健康およびスキンケアデータは、以下の目的のためにのみ使用されます：

• 化粧品、医薬品、サプリメント間の成分の重複・衝突（バッティング）を検知し警告するため。
• ユーザーに最適な代替スキンケア製品を推奨するため。
• 類似した肌質やスキンケアルーティンを持つ他のユーザー（ピア）との相性マッチングを行うため。
• Gemini APIを用いたAIパーソナルカウンセリングの応答生成を行うため。

3. データの管理と第三者提供

当アプリはユーザーのデータを極めて安全に保護します：

• 収集されたデータは端末内に暗号化されて保存されるか、またはセキュアなクラウドサーバー上で厳重に管理されます。
• ユーザーの同意なく、登録された個人データや健康データを第三者に共有・販売することは絶対にありません（ただし、法令に基づく場合を除きます）。

4. データの削除（消去権利）について

ユーザーはいつでもアプリ内の設定画面より、自身の登録データ、プロフィール、およびアカウント情報を完全に削除（アカウント削除）することができます。削除されたデータはサーバーおよび端末内から即座に完全に抹消されます。

5. 免責事項（医療に関する免責）

当アプリが提供する成分重複や衝突（バッティング）の検知、およびAIカウンセラーのアドバイスは一般的な知識に基づくものであり、専門的な医師の診断や薬剤師の指導に代わるものではありません。お薬や化粧品の変更にあたっては、必ず事前に医師や薬剤師等の専門家にご相談ください。

Synergy ("we", "our", or "the App") collects user profile information including username, email, skin concerns, skin diagnostics scores, and list of cosmetics, medications, and supplements used. This data is collected solely through user input or explicit device/account integration.

2. Purpose of Use

Your health and skincare data is used exclusively to:

• Detect ingredient clashes and severe product duplicates.
• Recommend safe and compatible skincare alternatives.
• Perform anonymous peer matching with users of similar skin concerns or routines.
• Generate custom AI skincare counseling queries via the Gemini API.

3. Data Protection & Sharing

• All collected data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption locally and on cloud servers.
• We never share, rent, or sell your health records or personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

4. Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

Users can delete their profiles, routines, and all associated account records at any time from the settings screen inside the app. Deleted data is permanently purged from our servers and storage systems immediately.

Ingredient clash notifications and AI recommendations generated by the App are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
